Stuart has held senior commercial leadership roles at Canon and iomart.

At Canon, he led sales and commercial teams, supporting large enterprise customers with technology-led solutions and helping transition the business from product-centric sales to consultative, solutions-based engagements.

At iomart, Stuart led the commercial business of a leading UK managed cloud, IT infrastructure, and digital services provider, partnering with enterprise organisations across Europe to deliver secure, scalable solutions. His commercial strategy aligned closely with evolving digital and market needs.

Stuart’s background in Fine and Studio Arts offers a distinctive edge, blending creativity with strategic thinking and commercial rigour. He is recognised for building high-impact teams and crafting client-focused solutions that drive long-term value.

Derek is a highly sought-after Technology and Business leader with over 30 years’ experience in the global digital technology sector.

He has led the commercialisation and delivery of complex technology service offerings across FTSE 250, maritime, retail, private, and public sector organisations.

His experience spans large-scale change programmes, with deep expertise in digital transformation, cyber strategy, and M&A, operating at board and executive level.

Derek is also a certified performance coach and a former FIFA-listed assistant referee, having officiated at the highest levels of international football, including the UEFA Champions League, major international tournaments, and the FIFA U-17 World Cup Final.

He brings a unique combination of disciplined execution, strategic vision, and high-performance leadership, blending the mindset of an elite sports professional with the focus and accountability of a results-driven executive.

Keith is an experienced senior executive with a distinguished career spanning Private Equity, professional services, and corporate leadership. He brings deep international experience and strategic insight across multiple industries.

He has held senior roles including Managing Partner at Clyde Blowers Capital and Founder at N4 Partners, and previously served as a Partner at EY and Director at PwC.

Keith is a highly accomplished board member and a proven leader in Mergers and Acquisitions.

He led global M&A at Royal Bank of Scotland and is a Founding Advisor to the Scottish National Investment Bank, with a strong track record of delivering value through high-performing teams across both Corporate and Private Equity transactions.

Outside his professional career, Keith is passionate about family, sport, and community. He serves as General Manager of Giffnock Soccer Centre’s Senior Men’s, Women’s, and Development teams, and is a Trustee of the GSC Auldhouse Charity.
